The service

TaleHill uses AI to write and narrate stories based on what parents tell it. We may change features from time to time to improve the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to open an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe.
• People you invite to your family must follow these terms too.

Stories written by AI

Stories are written under strict rules for children's content. AI can still make mistakes. We ask you to read and approve each story before it is narrated; please report anything that seems inappropriate.

Acceptable use

• Do not ask for content that is harmful, illegal or infringes other people's rights.
• Do not overload the service with automated tools or try to get around its security.
• Do not enter other people's personal details without their permission.

Who owns what

You are free to use the stories you create within your family. The app's design, logo and illustrations belong to TaleHill.

Paid plans

When we offer paid plans, prices are shown clearly before you buy. For purchases made through an app store, cancellations and refunds follow that store's rules.

Liability

We provide the service as it is and cannot promise it will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Closing an account

You can delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that seriously break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update this page. We will announce important changes in the app or by email.
